The childs dress has no velcro or zippers to frustrate your little one or snag the fabric. She can easily put it on and take it off herself as the bodice is made of a very stretchy velvet. This not only helps with ease of dressing, but also to accomodate a variety of sizes. The adult costume also fits a variety of sizes. The model in the picture is 5'8" and the length fits her perfect. The dress also looks great when worn as a shorter style on a person taller than this. This is especially cute when worn with some impromptu princess shoes. If you are shorter than this, you will need to hem it to your height. It has been successfully worn by a person who wears a size 6 and is barely 5' and also by a person that is nearly 6' and wears a size 16. The bodice has been designed to fit over your head and will fit up to a size 38" chest nicely. The TK velvet has lots of stretch to accomodate most any size body. In the back of the bodice are large ties to create a bow that will cinch the waist as needed for those on the thinner side. |
